How to write a referral for a psychiatrist consult or TMS treatment?

Our referral process is simple, we request you either fax our referral or a letter for opinion and management or fill out our online referral form. Our team will reach out to your patient within one business day.

• You can download a PDF of our referral here. Please either fax it to 1300 171 805 or email hello@bluebell.com.au
• You can also simply email or fax us a letter for a psychiatrist opinion and management. Please include the below details:
